What does the BonV study involve?
BonV is a lifestyle management program designed to reduce participants' risk of
chronic diseases, particularly type 2 diabetes.
It combines a suite of in-app logging features, coaching, a self-paced
educational program, and the unique GluScore algorithm to help users
understand how their body responds to food and to build healthier habits.
BonV is currently only available for iOS, and is not compatible with Android devices at this time.
To participate in the study, you will need to own an iPad or iPhone 5S or higher, running iOS 12.2 or later.
Without one of these devices, you will not be able to participate in the study.
As a participant in the BonV study, you will be required to:
⬥ Participate in the study for at least 2 months
⬥ Complete 7 educational modules (1 per week)
⬥ Provide regular feedback via email surveys
⬥ Perform 2 GluScore blood sugar tests per week
⬥ Log at least 1 meal per day
You can choose to participate in the BonV study for longer than 2 months if you wish.

Please keep in mind that this questionnaire is for interest and screening purposes
only, and completing the survey does not guarantee enrollment.
After completing the initial screening questionnaire, a member of the research
team will follow up with you regarding your eligibility and next steps.
